Classical music: what pieces can I play on the Keybird?

Having 69 keys might seem restrictive, when it comes to choosing piano repertoire to learn. In order to make your Keybird easily transportable and portable, there had to be some limitations to the range. Instead of going for the full 88-key (sometimes 97) solution, we thought the range of E1-C7 would be perfect for most classical music repertoire to be enjoyed.
As the Baroque and Classical periods yielded the first pianos ever, technical improvements and increases in concert hall capacities led to bigger and better pianos, which also meant extending the possible range of the instrument. Composers, as the pioneers of sound, leaped onto these possibilities and started to write music with more and more extreme ranges. On the other hand, it didn’t mean the exploration of the mid-range was halted abruptly from the Romanticism onwards…
